DR. MICHAEL GIAMANCO

Dr. Michael Giamanco is a Physical therapist and Co-Founder of Atlas Physiotherapy located in Pooler, GA. He graduated with his doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2020. He has also been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) sanctioned by the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2017. He has experience working with student-athletes of varying levels, ranging from college to youth athletes as both a physical therapist and CSCS. As a Titleist Performance Institute Medical Professional, he specializes in treating golfers and other rotational sports athletes. With a unique background in manual therapy and strength training, Dr. Giamanco is able to address underlying impairments and movement dysfunctions allowing patients to return to their prior activities with confidence. He likes to spend his free time working out, playing golf and other recreational sports, spoiling his dogs, and spending time with friends/family.

DR. ALLY WEILER
Dr. Ally Weiler, Doctor of Physical Therapy, received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Point Loma Nazarene University in 2015. She then received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2022 from the University of Southern California.
Prior to physical therapy school, Ally served in the United States Army as a Logistics Officer, this time in the service inspired her to return to school. Ally believes a patient centered approach built with a collaboration between patient and therapist is of the utmost importance for rehabilitation success. She utilizes a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, modalities, and wellness education to promote not only rehabilitation but prevention for patients with orthopedic and neurological impairments and disorders. Dr. Weiler helps her patients work towards improvement of movement, function, and quality of life in order to return to one’s important and fun activities. In her free time Ally loves to play with her son, take her dog on walks, and try new restaurants with her husband.

Michelle was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and moved to Savannah, GA in 2008. She has a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, but while in Savannah, earned a Certificate from Savannah Technological College in Healthcare Billing and Coding, and she is also a Certified Phlebotomist. In her free time, Michelle enjoys training her 3 dachshunds in Agility and Obedience, volunteering at her church, and spending time fishing and boating with her husband of 9 years John.

DR. JOSHUA GOLDEN
Dr. Joshua Golden received his Bachelors in Rehabilitation Sciences from Georgia Southern’s Armstrong Campus in 2019. Pursuing his childhood dream of becoming a physical therapist, he and his family moved to NC where he graduated from Wingate University with his doctorate of Physical Therapy. During his clinical rotations, Josh treated patients ranging from 9-97 years old with a vast array of impairments including orthopedic, neurological, chronic pain, and workplace traumas in North Carolina, Colorado, and Washington. Josh’s expertise allows for the successful and efficient treatment of patients not only of orthopedic nature, but also neurological etiology including acute strokes, spinal cord injuries, vertigo, and balance based impairments. Due to Josh’s clinical experience and constant research, he is able to accurately identify functional impairments and relate them to a specialized treatment plan that best fits your needs. Outside of the clinic, he and his wife enjoy their evening dog walks, camping, and gardening at their new house
